Impactable Review 2026: Services, Software, and Fit

An independent Impactable review for 2026 covering the agency’s managed advertising services, its DemandSense software, the questions worth putting on the call, and who the firm actually suits.

Most people who go looking for an Impactable review are already halfway through a shortlist. Somebody on the team found them while hunting for a B2B ads partner, the site read as credible, and now you want to know whether they actually do the thing you need doing.

I am Louise Perrin, Executive Assistant at Moriah, a LinkedIn Certified Marketing Partner. Organizing vendor research eats a fair chunk of my week, and I sit in on the calls where prospective clients run through the agencies they have already spoken to. Impactable comes up often enough that we keep a maintained file on them. Before writing this, we re-checked every claim in that file against their live website in August 2026.

Two caveats first. Moriah competes with Impactable, so weigh what follows with that in mind. I have tried to describe them accurately rather than unfavorably, and where our research could not confirm something, I say so instead of guessing. Second caveat: I have left out figures we could not stand behind. Their prices are among them, and I explain why further down.

What Impactable is

Impactable runs two businesses side by side.

The first is a managed advertising agency. Companies hire it to run their paid campaigns across several channels and to tie that spend back to pipeline in the CRM.

The second is a proprietary ad intelligence software platform called DemandSense, which has its own site, its own feature set, and its own free trial.

Which half of it you buy changes the answer to nearly every question below.

What the Impactable agency actually does

Here is what their own site sets out, checked against the live pages.

Managed advertising. Impactable manages paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (paid search), B2B Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising. That is a genuinely multi-channel offering, and it matters if you want one team holding several ad accounts.

Thought leadership content. They offer what they call a "Founder-led Brand Engine" for demand generation content creation.

Those are the two services we could confirm from first-party sources. They may well sell more than that, so treat this as the confirmed floor rather than the whole menu.

DemandSense: the software side of this Impactable review

The software is worth understanding on its own terms even if you never hire the agency. Everything below is confirmed on the company's own sites.

  • Ad scheduling. The platform automatically pauses ads during low-intent periods, so budget is not burned at hours when nobody is engaging.
  • Frequency capping. You can set maximum impression or click thresholds per account, which limits how many times the same target company sees the same ad.
  • Audience auto-suppression. The system automatically refines targeting by excluding non-ideal companies in real time.
  • Website visitor identification. It de-anonymizes site traffic to reveal company names, tech stacks, and individual professional titles.
  • CRM integration. It integrates natively with Salesforce and HubSpot, mapping ad exposure to pipeline revenue.
  • AI assistance. There is an AI Co-Pilot, currently in beta, that answers plain-language questions about campaigns.
  • Free trial. A 30-day free trial is available for the software platform.

Read as a group, those features point in one direction. The first three are tighter control over when ads run and how often the same account sees them. The next two draw a line from an ad impression at the top of the funnel through to a named company and, via Salesforce or HubSpot, to revenue at the bottom. That line is the whole pitch.

Who Impactable suits

Take the verified feature list at face value and the shape of the buyer follows from it. Ad scheduling, frequency capping, and audience suppression are all controls applied to campaigns that are already running, so what they are worth scales with what you are already spending. Visitor identification and CRM mapping only earn their keep if there is a Salesforce or HubSpot instance on the other end and somebody whose job it is to act on what lands in it.

The flip side is worth stating plainly. If you are starting from close to zero on paid, a layer built to make existing spend more efficient has less to work with.

So a good fit looks roughly like this: a B2B company already spending on LinkedIn and Google, a CRM in place, a marketing team to run it, and a genuine question about which of that spend is producing revenue.

What to pin down on the call

This is the section I would want if I were the one comparing vendors, so it stays in, even though it makes the review less tidy. These are the things public sources do not settle either way.

What the "Founder-led Brand Engine" actually produces. Their site names it as a thought leadership content service. Executive personal branding and top-of-funnel content built to feed ad campaigns are very different products with very different price tags. Ask them to walk you through exactly what is produced, who writes it, and where it is published.

Whether outreach is in scope. If conversational LinkedIn outreach is part of what you need, ask directly whether they run it, and whether the messages are automated or human-written.

How the software's data limits work. For any visitor identification product, the monthly limits and what happens when you pass them are not a detail, they are the pricing model. Get it in writing.

None of these are accusations. They are the questions I could not close from a browser, which is exactly what makes them the right ones to put on your call.

On Impactable's pricing

I am not going to quote their prices, and the reason is worth a paragraph.

Pricing in this category moves, and it moves faster than the articles written about it. Third-party review sites and roundups republish whatever was true on the day they were written and are rarely updated after, so a figure you read in a comparison post can be months out of date and still look current. That is true of anything you read here too.

So treat any price you find in an article, ours included, as a starting point rather than a fact, and confirm the current number on the vendor's own live pricing page or on the call. Ask for it against the half of the business you are actually buying, because managed services and a software subscription are not the same purchase.

What I can tell you without hedging is that DemandSense offers a 30-day free trial, which is the cheapest way to answer most of your software questions yourself.

How Impactable compares to a full LinkedIn engine

Here I should be explicit about how Moriah differs, because it is the reason a company ends up choosing one of us over the other.

Moriah is a full-service LinkedIn agency running three pillars in parallel as a single business engine: executive personal branding, targeted LinkedIn outreach, and LinkedIn Ads. They are not sold separately. All three point at one business objective at a time, whether that is qualified leads, thought leadership, new partnerships, entry into a new market, or visibility to investors. Strategy, content production, and execution all happen in-house, on a monthly retainer with no commitment: no minimum term and no lock-in.

The reasoning behind that is something we watch play out repeatedly. A company that publishes content but activates nothing around it gets very little business from it. A company running targeted outreach with no credibility behind the profile lands in roughly the same place. The pillars work when they are pointed at one business objective together.

Impactable has a different center of gravity. What we can confirm is a managed paid media business across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and programmatic, with proprietary software attached that reports on where that spend goes. If your problem is that you are already spending heavily across those channels and cannot tell what the spend returns, that is squarely the problem their feature set is built around.

The choice, then, is less about which firm is better and more about which problem you have:

  • You have real ad spend and an attribution problem. An ad intelligence platform and a paid-media agency address that directly.
  • You have a LinkedIn presence problem. Nobody knows who your leadership is, the right decision-makers are not in conversation with you, and paid alone will not fix either. That needs personal branding, targeted outreach, and ads pointed at one objective together. Ask every firm on your list, us and Impactable included, which of those three they would own.
  • You want one team accountable for a business outcome on LinkedIn end to end. That is a scope question, and you should ask each firm to describe, concretely, everything they would own.

How to run the evaluation

If Impactable is on your list, a short, structured call will tell you more than any review will, this one included.

  1. Say the objective out loud first. Not "more leads," but the actual outcome: entering a market, reaching a specific buying committee, being visible to investors. Make each vendor map their work to it.
  2. Ask which half of the business you are buying. Agency, software, or both, and what changes about the price and the accountability in each case.
  3. Pin down the content offering. If personal branding matters to you, ask exactly what "Founder-led Brand Engine" produces, at what cadence, and whose name it goes out under.
  4. Ask about outreach explicitly. Whether messages are automated or human-written is not a detail your prospects will fail to notice.
  5. Get the software's data limits, and what happens when you pass them, in writing. For any visitor identification product, this determines what you actually pay in a good month.
  6. Use the free trial. Thirty days on the software will answer more than a demo.
  7. Confirm every price on the live page. Ours included.

An honest closing note. For a company with substantial multi-channel ad spend and no clear line from that spend to revenue, Impactable is a reasonable name to have on the list. Our own center of gravity is somewhere else. The worst outcome is not picking the wrong one of us, it is hiring either without having decided which problem you are trying to solve.

If your objective is making LinkedIn produce business outcomes, and you want personal branding, targeted outreach, and LinkedIn Ads run as one business engine rather than bought separately, that is the conversation we are set up for. Book a call and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Impactable? Impactable is a B2B advertising agency that manages LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, B2B Facebook Ads, and programmatic campaigns, and it is the company behind DemandSense, a proprietary ad intelligence software platform. Companies hire it to run paid media across those channels and to tie that spend back to pipeline in their CRM.

What services does the Impactable agency offer? Their own site sets out managed advertising for LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (paid search), B2B Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising, plus a thought leadership content service they call a "Founder-led Brand Engine." Those are the services we could confirm from first-party sources, so ask them directly for the full scope.

What is DemandSense? DemandSense is Impactable's software platform. It handles ad scheduling, frequency capping, audience auto-suppression, and website visitor identification, and it connects to your CRM so ad exposure can be mapped against pipeline.

Does DemandSense have a free trial? Yes. DemandSense offers a 30-day free trial of its software platform, which is the most direct way to test the visitor identification and campaign features against your own data before committing.

Which CRMs does DemandSense integrate with? It integrates natively with Salesforce and HubSpot. Those integrations are what allow ad exposure at the top of the funnel to be tied to pipeline revenue further down.

Does Impactable do LinkedIn outreach? Public sources do not settle this either way, so we are not going to say yes or no on their behalf. If conversational LinkedIn outreach is part of what you need, ask them directly whether they run it and whether the messages are automated or human-written.

Does Impactable do executive personal branding? They offer a content service branded as a "Founder-led Brand Engine." What that includes, and whether it extends to profile work and ghostwriting, is not something public sources settle. Ask them for specifics on what is produced, who writes it, and where it goes.

How much does Impactable cost? We do not print a figure, because prices in this category change faster than the articles quoting them and stale numbers circulate widely on third-party sites. Ask Impactable for current pricing against the half of the business you are buying, agency or software, and check their live pricing page. The software's 30-day free trial is the cheapest way to test it first.

Who is Impactable a good fit for? Companies that already run meaningful paid spend across LinkedIn, Google, or programmatic, have Salesforce or HubSpot for the data to land in, and have someone to act on it. The confirmed feature set is built around controlling and measuring advertising that is already running, so there is more for it to work with when the spend is already there.

What is the difference between Impactable and Moriah? Impactable is centered on paid media and ad intelligence software across several channels. Moriah is a LinkedIn Certified Marketing Partner that runs executive personal branding, targeted outreach, and LinkedIn Ads together as one business engine pointed at a single business objective, delivered in-house on a monthly retainer with no commitment and no minimum term.
